4 Tips to Keep Your Sanity While You Work From Home

Suddenly a lot of us find ourselves working from home and with the kids home too! It can be tough to find a balance, so here are my tips!

Get Dressed! Pjs are cozy, but not productive. No one feels like they're getting stuff done in pants with penguins on them! There is no need to dress up, but put yourself together and put on clean yoga pants at least! You will feel ready to take on the day.
Time Block When you are half trying to play with the kids and half trying to write an email, neither gets done well. Block out times to work while the kids are sleeping, having quiet time, or watching a movie. Being able to focus fully on your task will make you more productive... and more able to enjoy the moments when you aren't working!
Move Your Body Schedule a time to move - whether it is a workout, a walk, a bike ride or playing tag, just make sure that you move your body every day!
Progress Not Perfection This is a different season. It's not all going to go as planned. Give yourself grace! There might be more screen time and less productivity, but we will all find a new balance!
